We provide thorough tenant screening and placement. Rental applications are conveniently submitted online or in one of our offices. Rental requirements are based on credit, income, and rental history. Only qualified applicants are selected to rent your property.

Online rent collection

 Your tenants are provided convenient access to a payment portal for online rent payments. Rents and security deposits are paid online or inside one of our office locations. All funds collected on your behalf are securely deposited and held in an account at a reputable depository.

Management fees, maintenance expenses, utilities, and other property related expenses are paid from your account each month according to your preferences.

Direct deposits

Owner Payments are processed electronically. No need to deposit a physical check at the bank. If you prefer a check in the mail, that's okay too.

Owner statements are emailed and uploaded to your Owner Portal each month. Your annual 1099 statement and cash flow report are provided electronically or by mail based on your preference. A wide array of financial reports are available to help you evaluate your property's performance.

We coordinate maintenance and repairs for your property by utilizing a network of qualified vendors. Our maintenance staff is experienced and knowledgeable.  We are on call 24 hours per day in case of a maintenance emergency. We take pride in managing well maintained rental properties.
